Job Description**

World Wide Technology, Inc. has an opportunity available for a NPI Specialist/Coordinator to support our Global Operations team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Responsible for new part creation and item master maintenance.

+ Responsible for new BOM creation and maintenance.

+ Solve practical and abstract problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

+ Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule forms.

+ Frequent communication with ISR Teams (Inside Sales Reps), Procurement Teams, Global Operations and Logistics Teams, Finance and Program Management.

+ Taking all necessary steps to ensure that service execution meets and exceeds contractual/customer expectations.

+ Responsible for managing reports, training documentation and procedure manuals

+ Discipline to adhere to processes and push back on others to do so as well - Governance

+ Proactively analyzing data to catch Data Integrity issues before potentially causing business or customer impact.

+ Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**

**QUALIFICATIONS:**

+ High School education or equivalent required. College degree preferred.

+ Experience in a manufacturing environment.

+ Experience and High Proficiency with Oracle applications, MS Office software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Tableau, Trello,

+ Strong analytical skills with focus on critical thinking.

+ Proven excellent customer service skills.

+ Ability to work independently and/or on a team with minimal supervision.

+ Shows pride in work and pays attention to detail.

+ Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

+ Able to interact with a diverse population (administrative to executive)

+ Ability to read, analyze, and interpret work instructions.
